- Description
- Amendment 0003 The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has a requirement for Network Management Support Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The detailed Request for Proposal/Solicitation #DJA-13-AHDQ-R-0035 is attached, along with the Pricing Template and the Past & Present Performance Survey (PPPS). This Best-Value requirement l consists of one (1) Base Year and up to four (4) Option Years and is set-aside for 8(a) Small Businesses under the NAICS code 541513. Questions should be submitted no later than (NLT) 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, 9/12/13. Proposals (to include the Data Universal Numbering System Number) and PPPSs should be sent via email to Sheray.Millhouse@ATF.gov NLT 5:00pm EST on [Wednesday, 12/11]/13. All requested documentation should include the RFP #; any documentation received after the stated due date/time will not be addressed or accepted. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. The Successful Offeror must be registered in the Systems Award Management (SAM) database prior to Award. [Amendment 0003 dated 12/8/13 hereby 1) extends the Proposal Due Date from 12/10/13 to 12/11/13 due to the inclement weather; 2) requires contractors to sign this SF30 (Amendment 0003), acknowledging all changes made via FBO, including the last change on 12/8/13; & 3) corrects Block 6 to read 3.S-153 vs. 3.S-157. All other terms & conditions remain unchanged. (Amendment 0003 is attached.)]
