- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District located in St. Paul, MN is soliciting quotes for the Electrical Parts Supply for the New Floating Pipeline Pontoons for the Dredge Goetz, located at their Fountain City Service Base, in Fountain City, WI. All parts and delivery will be in accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work and Parts Spreadsheet. Contractor must quote on all line items listed. Solicitation number W912ES-14-T-0006 is issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. See attached solicitation SF1449 #W912ES-14-T-0006 for all line items. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS code is 423610 with a size standard of 100 employees. Offeror must be registered in the new System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.acquisition.gov prior to award. This new website takes the place of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). We cannot award to a contractor who is not registered in (SAM) prior to award. A determination of the Government not to award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. All quotes must be inclusive of all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and performing all as required by the contract in strict accordance with the Scope of Work and Parts Spreadsheet. No additional costs will be enumerated after award.
