- AMENDMENT A0001 THE SCHEDULE A SITE VISIT CALL NEXETTE RYDELL 303-494-3210 OR JERRY FORSTE 816-268-3163 The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA), and intends to procure janitorial services for the National Weather Service WFO in Cheyenne, WY. The period of performance is a base year and 4-12 month option years. The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, tools, personnel, and supervision to clean the Weather Forecast Office (WFO) as described in this statement of work. The facility has 5,370 square feet of cleanable space (approximately 35% carpet, 65% tile), 34 windows, 4 Glass Entry Ways and 21 employees. This facility is in operation 24/7. The Eastern Region Acquisition Division (ERAD) requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
