Solicitation number VA786-13-R-0300 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued is for Total Small Businesses. The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified Small Businesses to provide in order to provide expert support in the maintenance and potential redesign of three NCA website (one mobile). In addition, the contractor shall structure the team based operational environment by designing, implementing, reviewing and transitioning the NCA Web presence utilizing both external and NCA standards in combination with VA and NCA Web policy and procedures. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email to Joselito Roman, Contracting Officer, at Joselito.Roman@VA.Gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.gsaadvantage.gov/ on or about December 6, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., December 20, 2013. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
