- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: New York & Bronx Delineated Area: See Attached Map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 62,194 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 65,303 Space Type: Office, Warehouse, Automotive Facility Parking Spaces (Total): 84 Parking Spaces (Surface): TBD Parking Spaces (Structured): TBD Parking Spaces (Reserved): 84 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements • Preference is to be located on contiguous ground floor space but will accept up to 2 contiguous floors. •· Parking can be either surface or structured or a combination of both. If surface parking is provided it must be located within a fenced in area adjacent to the demised premises. •· Must provide two (2) 12' wide x 14' tall roll up doors for vehicle ingress and egress from the automotive maintenance facility. •· Forced entry protection will be required on all windows 18' from the ground or accessible platform. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in any flood plain.
