- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, intends to issue a Sole Source award to Trest Consulting under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304 (C) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. however, if your company possesses the capabilities to meet the technical requirements/specifications, please provide the following information for consideration: (1) The technical specifications of the product your are proposing; (2) a Quote for the items listed in the RFQ; (3) ownership (i.e. Large, small or other concern). This information is required prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ announcement and should be addressed to the ordering officer Danielle Patrick @ Danielle.m.patrick@navy.mil. The requirement is for the procurement to provide 2-way voice muster service that prompts caller to enter ID number and Status. Vendor to provide capacity for up to 3500 calls daily 24*7*365. Two toll free service numbers will be provided for users to call for status. Remote technical support; technical training provided, see below. Trest Consulting software configuration is already programmed and reconfiguration would be cost prohibitive. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13; NAICS code 334210. This 'synopsis' is published for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
