- FCC Hazelton Delivery Schedule. FCC HAZELTON 2ND QUARTER EGGS FY14. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE EGGS. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates will be between January 1, 2014 - March 31, 2014, (with exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex-Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 4, 2013, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 12, 2013, at 2:00 PM. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card at the institutions discretion. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
