- AGAR Clauses EMC Statement of Requirements Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. USDA-National Finance Center (NFC), New Orleans, LA is requesting Software Support of two line items: 1. EMC M-PRESW-004 12 months Premium SW Support - Open SW for 242 TB, Period of Performance 12/19/13 - 12/18/14 and 2. EMC RP-RR-R-06-RP-RR (101-150 TB) Premium SW Maintenance, Period of Performance 12/16/13 - 12/15/14. This award will be utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13, FAR Part 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Status or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, FAR 52.232-33 Payment by electronic fund transfer, and AGAR 452.209-70 and AGAR 452.209-71 (attached to be completed) apply. Statement of Requirements and Brand name Justification are attached. Vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov to receive this award. All quotes must be sent to Ronelda Brister via email at Ronelda.Brister@nfc.usda.gov, no later than the above mentioned response date and time.
