Attachment 5 - Past Contractual Performance Attachment 4 - Past Performance Survey Attachment 3 - QASP Attachment 2 - Price Schedule Attachment 1 IDIQ - Performance Work Statement Revised RFP Section L of the RFP and Proposal Submission guidelines have been revised as follows: FEMA must receive all questions concerning this solicitation in writing via email on December 11th, 2013. Questions will not be accepted before this date. All questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this soliciation on FedbBizOpps.com without reference to the originating sources by December 18, 2013. All proposals are due on Janaury 06, 2014. Please do not submit your proposals before this date. The revised RFP dated 12/02/2013 is attached to this amendment. Section K.5 of the RFP has been revised to change the NAICS code for this acquistion to 541611.
