- NSN 1680-01-218-6522, PR 51461035, Actuator, Electro-ME. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Approved Sources are Simmonds Precision Products, Cage 89305, P/N: DL1028M58-1, Sikorsky Cage 78286, P/N: 70250-13006-102 and Eaton Corporation (17472). Any manufactures not listed above that wishes to submit a source approval request for this item for future procurements should visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement is a large purchase quantity of 310 each. This item is not Critical Safety Item has Configuration Control. Item it Export controlled. Specifications, plans, or drawing relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Production requested delivery is 239days ARO. Terms and Conditions are FOB Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dlaprocurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in RFP.
