- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) has a requirement to upgrades to the existing Dewetron hardware and software in order to keep consistent test data collection and results for operational, physical, and performance requirements with the Dewetron 5001 system in place for the past 10 years at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, AZ. This Sources Sought Notice is for market research and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the MICC - YPG. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources that may be interested in and capable of providing the product described herein. MICC - YPG will not respond to questions received from industry at this time. MICC - YPG does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses, nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted, nor will respondents be notified of the MICC - YPG review of the information received. The information obtained from this notice will be utilized as market research for consideration in acquisition planning for this requirement. Interested sources shall provide all feedback via email to the Point of Contact (POC) listed below no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST), on 4 December 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 334513 quote mark Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables quote mark with a size standard of 500 employees. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet these requirements. The capability statements shall not exceed two (2) pages and must include the following: 1. Company Name; Company Address; and POC name, phone number, and e-mail address 2. DUNS and CAGE code 3. Company Business Size/ Small business certification (i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB) 4. Familiarity and knowledge of the requirement 5. Memorandum of Agreement demonstrating the authorization to distribute Dewetron products.
