See attached J&A for sole source justification. No other service provider is acceptable. Any source capable of supplying these services may contact the person(s) below to be considered for future requirements. A solicitation will not be posted on this website for this requirement. (1) National Stock Number(s) - None assigned. (2) Specification / Qualification “ The Original Equipment Manufacturer ™s (OEM) drawings are proprietary to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P. (3) Manufacturer “ BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P. (Cage: 80212) CLIN 0001: Service to repair damaged AAV-P7 Hull in accordance with OEM specifications. Hull shall be re-worked by OEM. Serial# 523099; QTY:1 EA 4) Destination - Marine Corps Logistics Base, Maintenance Center “ Yermo, CA 92311 (5) Award Procedures - The Government will solicit a quotation from BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P. and anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under the simplified acquisition threshold. The anticipated award date is 11 Dec 2013.
