Description

Sources sought to provide Refrigeration Maintenance services. Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO20) is seeking businesses interested and capable of performing Refrigeration Maintenance services as detailed below. Please respond via e-mail ONLY. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, indicate all areas you are capable of providing service, capabilities statement and identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Contractor shall provide continuous Refrigeration Maintenance services for two (2) CBOC's located in Wenatchee, WA and Coeur D'Alene, ID. Also state if you currently have a Federal Supply Schedule Contract or a VA contract. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Quotations shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7 million. The contractor will provide the manufacturer's required maintenance as a normal part of this contract and as set forth in this contract. In addition, contractor will provide repair service for refrigeration as required for an established hourly rate. Travel time to the medical center and to acquire parts will not be chargeable. Hourly rate will be charged from the time the contractor is on station until he/she leaves the station. Responses are requested no later than 4:00 PM PDT November 26, 2013 to Charles.johnson30@va.gov.
