- FA8620-10-G-3038-005402 This is a pre-solicitation notice. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Medium Altitude UAS Division, AFLCMC/WIIK intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. to procure Maritime and Dismount Moving Target Tracker capabilities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. General Atomics ASI is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Predator/Reaper system and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform these efforts. The Government does not own the data rights for the system, therefore, to avoid duplication costs, the Government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. For subcontracting opportunities, interested parties may submit appropriate information to Paula Hodgetts at (858) 455-3615, or paula.hodgetts@uav.com at General Atomics ASI. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336413. Please indicate number of employees relative to the size standard of 1,500 for determination of small business status. Respondees shall include their assigned DUNS number and their Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
