- Attachment 3 - Past Performance Solicitation Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and award a contract for fifteen (15) Hybrid Connector Plug kits (P/N PPD-802-6337554.8.8.2-9) with 270 Degree keying and 90 Degree Exit; fifteen (15) Hybrid Connector Plug kits (P/N PPD-802-6337554.8.8.2-12) with 90 Degree keying and 65 Degree Exit; two (2) Hybrid Connector Receptacles with 270 Degree keying and 90 Degree Exit; two (2) Hybrid Connector Receptacles with 90 Degree keying and 65 Degree Exit; two (2) Right Angle Potting Mold for 90 Degree Exit connectors; and two (2) Right Angle Potting Mold for 65 Degree Exit connectors, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. A firm-fixed-priced (FFP) purchase order will be issued. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. The solicitation number for this requirement will be issued as a request for quote (RFQ) N00253-14-T-0011. The proposed acquisition is for full and open competition with no exclusion of sources. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334417 and has a size standard of 500 employees. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. For a proposal to be determined complete, all evaluation factors and subfactors must be addressed in the proposal. If the proposal does not address all evaluation factors and subfactors, the proposal will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
