Description

The Transportation Security Administration has a requirement to establish firm fixed price, multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) components. Each BPA ordering period will be for five years. The period of performance for the awards is anticipated to be December 1, 2013 through November 30, 2018. BPA's will be awarded on an unrestricted basis. Small business set asides will be determined at the ordering level. The applicable NAICS code is 334511 with a size standard of 750 employees. The total aggregate value of all BPAs is $ 18 million. The RFQ will be issued on or about 25 November 2013 via FBO.gov. Vendors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be eligible for contract award. It is incumbent upon all vendors to monitor FBO.gov for any updates/amendments.
