Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure medical/surgical and pharmaceutical items for the Tucson, AZ CMOP facility. Items required are PYRITHIONE ZINC 2% SHAMPOO 12 BT; INCONT LINER SERENITY ULTRA 160 BX; SODIUM LACTATE 5%/UREA 5% LOTION 172 BT; CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE 1%TOP SOLN 400 BT; ANTHRALIN 1% CREAM 64 TU; COAL TAR 2%/SALICYCLIC ACID SHAMPOO 150 BT; MINERAL OIL ENEMA 16 EA; CATHETER, EXTERNAL EXTENDED WEAR 400 EA; COVER- ROLL ADHESIVE GAUZE 6 IN 350 RO; and BENAZEPRIL HCL 10/HCTZ 12.5 MAG TAB 350 EA. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The Government anticipates awarding at least one firm fixed price purchase order and multiple awards may be issued from this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA255-14-Q-0103 shall be posted on FedBizOpps on or about November 12, 2013. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. Delivery is required by December 17, 2013 or 10 days after award whichever is later. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments.
