Description

THIS IS A SUB-CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY The Milwaukee Job Corps Center is accepting proposals for a Mental Health Consultant to serve approximately 237 students located at 6665 North 60th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53223. The Mental Health Consultant will give advice to the Center Director, Manager of Wellness, and Personal Counselors on all mental health issues on a regular basis. Additionally, the Mental Health Consultant will provide for staff training and development, and support the TEAP Program. The Mental Health Consultant is expected to work 19.5 hours per week during the contract period from January 1, 2014, to June 30, 2014, and work 19.5 hours per week for 48 weeks during the contract period from July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015. Offerrors must have a current license from the State of Wisconsin and maintain professional liability insurance. Offerrors must provide the following information on their proposal: 1. Hourly rate for the contract period 2. Copy of license 3. CV (resume) 4.
