Description

Please see SOW The proposed action is to acquire twenty (20) Shock-Mitigating Pedestal Seats and twenty (20) CRES Reel Harness Systems to serve as direct replacement items for existing equipment. The seats and harnesses are manufactured and distributed by STIDD Systems, Incorporated. The Government intends to award a sole-source; firm fixed priced contract to STIDD Seats, Inc. This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 13. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to Stephanie.m.gutierre@navy.mil or by phone at 951-273-4709. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCURMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, OR SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS. THIS NOTICE OF INTEREST IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS.
