- PR 007854013, NSN 1680-00-878-7627, the Boeing Company, Cage 81205 with P/N BACS30V8 or Federal Industries,INC., Cage 65506 with P/N BACS30V8. This solicitation will request a firm fixed price for a quantity of 28 each. Requested terms will be FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance at destination, and delivery of 143 days ARO. This item is export control. Configuration Control applies. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The issue date is on or around 11/12 /2013, and the closing date is on or around 12/12/ 2013. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
