Description

Pathology Technical and Professional Services, VA251-14-Q-0048: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-70. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 621511, Medical Laboratories. The small business size standard is $30.0 million average annual receipts for the past three years. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors are encouraged to submit quotes based on the work requirements specified herein for a period from date of award (approximately November 1, 2013) through September 30, 2014. Proposed rates should include all costs associated with Request For Quote VA-251-14-Q-0048 (attached). Proposals are due no later than 12:00 p.m., EST, October 31, 2013.
