- The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, mandatory parts, non-mandatory parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Data Analysis Control Group (UH-60M) INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 5895-01-558-9829 INPUT/OUTPUT PART NUMBER: 30279-0201 QUANTITY: 12 Minimum - 98 Maximum (16 FMS) NOMENCLATURE: Data Analysis Control Group (UH-60M) INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 5895-01-576-1873 INPUT/OUTPUT PART NUMBER: 30279-0301 QUANTITY: 35 Minimum - 216 Maximum (36 FMS) The proposed contractual action will be a single award, Five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity of the assets includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. These items are non-commercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. Technical data is not available to support a full and open competitive solicitation. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specifications and drawings. The Data Analysis Control Group are not Critical Safety Items (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is NOT required. This procurement is restricted to the only two known approved sources which are: Goodrich Sensors and Integrated Systems, Vergennes, VT (CAGE 89305), and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, CT (CAGE 78286). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home. Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by FAX, mail, or email. You may mail your request to Summer Behel, CCAM-ALM, Bldg 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. Email requests should be sent to amanda.s.behel@us.army.mil Proposals can be hand-carried, mailed via the US Postal Service, or delivered by a commercial delivery service. No FAX or email responses shall be accepted for the initial proposal. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
