- DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each Horizontal Machining Center with contract completion required in 365 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101 Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 13-40-1036 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A814R0010 is anticipated to issue on November 07, 2013 and close on December 09, 2013. FOB will be at Destination with inspection and Acceptance at Destination Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. Do not follow link to DIBBS that FBO shows at the end of the page.
