SOW - Fire Sprinkler Renovation THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY The Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center, operated by Horizons Youth Services for the Department of Labor, is requesting bids for fire sprinkler system renovation. The scope of work is attached. A pre-bid walk-through will be held at the center (478 Meadows Branch, Prestonsburg, KY 41653) on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. Although attendance is not a requirement, it is strongly suggested in order to become familiar with the project.
