- The following is a Sources Sought Notice with DRAFT schedule, SOW, and potential clauses/provisions. The VA intends to issue a solicitation that would result in a FSS BPA for the lease, purchase, and service of medical scopes, especially those listed in the draft schedule and SOW. However, the resulting FSS BPA would also include all scope-related items on the offerors FSS Contract. (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. (b) Although "proposal," "offeror," contractor, and "offeror" may be used in this sources sought notice, any response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) Any information received from a contractor in response to this NOTICE may be used in creating a solicitation. Any information received which is marked with a statement, such as "proprietary" or "confidential," intended to restrict distribution will not be distributed outside of the Government, except as required by law. (d) This NOTICE is issued for the purpose of collecting information about endoscope lease requirement. (e) Contractors that are able to the items identified below (or equivalent) are encouraged to email full information to Daniel Czech at daniel.czech@va.gov fully identifying the SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/DRAFT SOLICITATION number. -Contractor shall send a capabilities statement. -Contractors shall identify their size status under NAICS 532490. -Contractors shall also identify any Federal Supply Schedules that may carry the desired product. -Contractors shall NOT provide any pricing. (f) Potential offerors are invited to review the terms and conditions of the SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE with item schedule and SOW and provide public comment. In addition, offerors are also invited to view the potential VAAR clauses, identified below, and comment on their commerciality with respect to this acquisition. Please identify the action number and send all information to the email provided above.
