Description

Sole Source J&A The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Veterinary Services (VS) intends to issue a sole source contract to the firm: Harlan Sprague Dawley. The proposed contract action is for the procurement of CF-1 mice from colony 206 and Golden Syrian hamsters. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price per unit commercial supply contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
