- The NAICS for this procurement is 334511. Port Hueneme Division Naval Surface Warfare Center, (PHD NSWC), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-10-G-5342 on a sole source basis to Exelis Incorporated, 7821 Orion Avenue, Van Nuys, CA 91406. This order is for the system engineering, analyses, evaluation and recommendations for the AN/SPS-48G(V)1 Waveform Analysis Study Report dated 13 March 2006. Evaluate the impacts of proposed waveform changes on the current AN/SPS-48G(V)1 hardware and software and develop recommended design changes. The task order will cover a seven (7) month period of performance. Exelis Incorporated is the original equipment designer and sole manufacturer of this equipment with unique knowledge, experience, technical skills, and tooling required for software maintenance engineering builds.
