Description

THIS SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS CHANGED FROM W912CN-13-R-0009 TO W912CN-14-R-0002 JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC), FOR VARIOUS ARMY INSTALLATIONS IN THE STATE OF HAWAII (ISLANDS OF OAHU, HAWAII (BIG ISLAND), AND MAUI), UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC WORKS (DPW), U.S. ARMY GARRISON, HAWAII (USAG-HI). This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract to acquire real property repair, maintenance and minor construction for Army installations on the Islands of Oahu, Hawaii, and Maui. Task Orders will be on an as needed basis. The government intends to award a minimum of four (4) individual JOC contracts set-aside for 8(a). Term of the contract is one base period plus four one-year option periods. Minimum Guarantee for 8(a) is $50,000 for each for the base period. A minimum guarantee in the amount of $50,000.00 is required per contractor upon exercise of an option period. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $20,000,000 (8a award) to any one contractor. The competitive 8(a) set aside element will be limited to firms serviced by the Hawaii SBA office or firms that have a bona fide Hawaii operating office.
