Description

Equipment Purchase Description SF 1449 - Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. SOLICITATION # FA8224-14-T-0006, This is a request for quote (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 05-70 September 30, 2013. This is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The applicable NAICS code is 333999 and small business size standard is 500. Offeror shall submit the quote according to the attached solicitation. Offeror shall comply with all aspects of the Equipment Purchase Description. Final delivery shall be no later than 60 days after date of contract, FOB destination, Hill AFB, UT 84056 This order is not DPAS rated.
