- DUE TO THE GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2013 AT 2:00 PM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be addressed. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.5 procedures. Submit only written proposals for GAO-13-N-0048 in response to this solicitation. This acquisition is unrestricted and the NAICS Code is 541611 with a $14M size standard. DESCRIPTION: The Government Accountability Office (GAO) requires contractor support services in conducting cost, schedule, and earned value management (EVM) analysis on major programs. This effort will provide contractor support for various GAO audits/engagements. This RFP is for a base year plus 4 one year option periods.
