- The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAC, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one Stryker Arthroscopy Hip Tray under the authority of FAR 13.106(a)(1) to American Medical Depot, 10315 USA Today Way, Miramar, Fl 33025. Anticipated award date is 22 October 2013. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: STRYKER Hip Arthroscopy Kit Mfg. Item #: 0242-200-000, Arthroscopy Tray Mfg. Item #:0233-032-104, Mfg. Item #:0275-720-500, Mfg. Item #:0275-720-300, Mfg. Item #:0502-204-070. These items must be delivered to: 96 MDG, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 22 November 13 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339112, small business size standard: 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
