- J&A 6.302-1 The Boeing Company has been awarded a cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00019-12-C-2006) for non-recurring engineering associated with Engineering Change Proposal 6381SOWR2 flight test requirements for the F/A-18 & EA-18G AN/APG-79 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radio Detection and Ranging (RADAR) General Purpose Processor 3 (GPP3) upgrade. Award of the modification will be made with authority under FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Boeing has the requisite RDAR knowledge, experience, and technical data required to fulfill this requirement.
