Answer: 6mCi - Standard Unit Dose 2)CLIN #4: Would it be possible to provide the total number of mCi ordered? We will be better able to accurately price this accordingly based on the size of the Linearity Source. Answer: 200 uCi There is no request that the products (Isotopes) requested to bid on are FDA approved. There are non-FDA approved products (isotopes) that are compounded through pharmacies that do not have FDA approval and could be subject to you bid. Are you going to request that these products be FDA approved? Answer: All products need to be FDA approved. 7) Annual bid. Since there are proprietary (branded) products that one manufacturer makes, they usually increase pricing on those items annually and there is no typical % increase they pass along. Could we list a % price increase for the specific year as a cap based upon either the Medical Index or an established %? Since we do not know what the manufacturers will do with their costs, it is hard to judge what price to charge going along with the contract. Answer: Interested offeror is encouraged to provide their best pricing for the entire contract. All prices are fixed price. 8)Currently, the VA uses their own hardware for Syntrac Software (Dose Management System). We do not supply hardware any longer, just the software at a per month cost. Is there any way to remove this language because your facility will not use a vendor's hardware? Answer: If offeror does not provide hardware, please indicate as such on quote. 9)Price for I131 caps for 10 - 100 mCi. This product has a normal pricing structure as such: Answer: NCO 9 acknowledges the price schedule of this radiopharmaceutical. Please provide prices with breakdown of initial price and additional price. For Example: 1st 5 or 6 mCi = initial price Each additional mCi = price
