- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIAL QUALIFIED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS PROVIDING SERVICES UNDER NAICS 812930. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine if there is an adequate number of interested and qualified Small Businesses to perform the following services: Provide thirteen (13) secure, indoor parking spaces. The parking spaces must be within a five (5) block radius of 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278 and be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week. The requirement is expected to be for a Base Year with four (4) option years. Responses should include the following: (1) Small Business status: Identification and verification of the company as an SBA certified 8(a) firm, HUB Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, or Small Business for NAICS Code 812930 - Parking Lots and Garages. (2) A CAGE Code and/or DUNS Number. (3) Address of parking garage and number of available spaces (must be at least 13). (4) Examples of past experience (if any) for similar services with the Federal Government not more than 5 years old. For example, if you have had contracts with the Government during the past 5 years, provide a list of those contracts.
