No solicitation is available and telephone calls will not be accepted. Interested sources may contact the Contracting Officer in writing. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source award described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the FTC.
