- Please return the attached provision with your quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334515, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KTAS3158A004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, effective 3 Sept 2013. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for a general purpose signal generator. The generator must meet the following specifications: - 0 to +/- 100V pulser - 1 Mhz operation - 10 ns rise and fall times - Pulse widths from 100 ns to 1 ms, and a variable delay of up to +/- 1 seconds - Provide up to 2 Amps of current when driving a 50 Ohm load - Output boosted to 4 or 8 Amps with the use of accessory transformers Manufacturer: Avtech Electrosystems Ltd. OR EQUAL Manufacturer part number: AV-1011B1-B-AC03-VXI-R5 OR EQUAL FOB: DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION Desired Delivery Date: 30 days ARO In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. NOTE: Please provide a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL quote for the item. If an "or equal" quote is submitted, the proposal will be sent to the technical advisor for compatibility and verification. ANY OFFEROR PROVIDING AN OR EQUAL PRODUCT SHALL THOROUGHLY DESCRIBE HOW THEIR PRODUCT MEETS ALL THE REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS LISTED.
