- Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Justification and Approval Redacted Parts List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA8307-13-Q-0207. SOLICITATION FA8307-13-Q-0207 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition. This will be a firm-fixed price award for CLIN 0001. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 334419, which has a Small Business size standard of 500 employees.
