- RFQ for Janitorial Services Ava Ranger District This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation AG-51A-S-13-0016 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for providing janitorial services for the Ava Ranger District, Mark Twain National Forest, Ava, MO. The work involves providing standard janitorial services two times a week after 6:00 p.m. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5mil. Contract will begin November 1, 2013. BASIS FOR AWARD: In accordance with FAR part 15.101-2, a single award will be made to the contractor offering the overall lowest price, while meeting the technical acceptability criteria (lowest price-technically acceptable). One Base contract with Four Option Years is anticipated. Contractors must offer on the Base and all Options to be considered. No pre-quote meeting is scheduled. Pricing and technical information will be submitted to: Brenda Whitaker, USDA Forest Service, 50 Hwy 145 S., Harrisburg, IL 62946. NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. E-mail quotes are acceptable at brendawhitaker@fs.fed.us. Service Contract Act wage determination is applicable. Value is estimated to be less than $100,000. Quotes must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in System For Awards Management (www.sam.gov). Quotes must include a completed copy of (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, paragraphs (c) through (m). If the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn. gov., submit only paragraph (b) from the provisions and a DUNS number. (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and ability to meet delivery date. Clauses indicated on a separate attachment. The information you provide on the Experience Questionnaire, when combined, is equal to price or cost.
