- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall supply and deliver a backhoe tractor attachment to Lac qui Parle Project, Watson, Mn. SPECIFICATIONS: Backhoe shall be a Kelley 70's series or equal by meeting or exceeding the following requirements. - Maximum digging depth with 2' flat bottom bucket 12' 6 quote mark - Reach from swing pivot 14' 6 quote mark - Bucket clearance 9' 2 quote mark - Swing arc 180 degrees - Stabilizer spread operating position 10' 7' - Bucket pry out power 12,500 lbs. - System relief valve setting 2,250 PSI - 24 quote mark width bucket with 3.0 cu ft capacity - Pump 540 RPM, PTO Coupler, 6 -spline - Pump Rating 9 GPM at 540 RPM - Hydraulic system reservoir capacity 7.3 gallons - 3 point ridged mounting for 50-150 HP tractors - 2 double acting swing cylinders - Hydraulic swing cushion protection - 6 spool section control valve - 1 master relief valve and 4 circuit reliefs - 2 lever control - Adjustable folding seat - Hydraulic pressure gauge kit TRADE -IN The bid price shall include a trade-in value for a late 70's/ early 80's LONG backhoe,Model 1200, 3 point hitch backhoe with 24 quote mark bucket.
