- J&A MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract under solicitation number M67400-13-T-0144, This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 6.302-1 to: (ISC)2 311 Park Place Blvd Suite 400 Clearwater, Florida 33759 The proposed award is for the procurement of CISSP IA Certification Test Vouchers for III MEF, Okinawa, Japan. Delivery: No later than 30 Days after award of contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541512. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must provide a Capability Statement and explanation of their objection to the sole source procurement in writing via e-mail to: Renee Kale at renee.kale@usmc.mil within (10) calendar days from the date of this notice. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to (ISC)2. All questions concerning this notice must be received within (10) calendar days from the date of this notice.
