- Statement of Work provides a detailed description of services to be performed. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis and may or may not result in the issuance of the Request for Quotes (RFQ). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The 633d Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, VA is seeking possible sources to provide Traditional Protestant Worship Leader services at Ft Eustis, Virginia under NAICS code: 813110. Interested parties are requested to submit a statement of capability including; a point of contact, business status, business size and a detailed description of the product with information on how the product meets the specific requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This requirement is for the service of a Traditional Protestant Worship Leader. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for in depth description. Any interested party that believes it can meet the requirements as stated in the SOW must give written notification to the contract specialist, Wayne E. Johnson Jr, within 3 days from the date of this publication of the sources sought synopsis. Responses are due by 13 September 2013 at 11:00 A.M. eastern standard time to wayne.johnson@langley.af.mil
