This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-13-Q-0059 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's System for Award Management Database (CCR at http://www.sam.gov ) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 325920, Size Standard 750 employees, within Online Representations and Certifications Application (OCRA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov ) and (BPN at http://www.bpn.go ).
