- Product list This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DPN 20130710. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. *PRODUCTS QUOTED MUST BE THE SAME QUALITY OR BETTER THAN THOSE LISTED IN THE ATTACHED SPREADSHEET IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. Equal products will be considered and evaluated based on technical capability and price. This requirement will be evaluated as lowest price technically technically acceptable.
