Description

TEP Pre-award Survey Information for accounting system SOW CDRLs Section L Section M DOCAT3 Q&A's based on draft RFP docs Attached for industry review are Questions and Answers (Q&A's) based on the initial drafts of the DOCAT3 SOW, CDRLs, Sections L&M, DD 254 and the Total Evaluated Price worksheet that the Air Force posted on 22 July 2013. Revisions have been made to the SOW, CDRLs, Sections L&M, and the TEP worksheet which have been attached to this modification. The DD 254 remains the same. Additionally, attached is information for contractors regarding the possibility of a pre-award survey to assist the Government in determining whether or not offerors have an adequate accounting system. Industry is highly encouraged to provide feedback, comments, and questions in writing to the Primary POC (Darin Huler) no later than COB 24 September 2013. All answers and/or clarifications resulting from industry feedback will be posted to FBO.
