Description

The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure Infusion Sets, model # MMT-396 and MMT- 397 for the Dallas CMOP. The contractor shall provide 300 infusion Sets, 100 #MMT- 396 and 200 #MMT 397. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 339113. This solicitation will be unrestricted. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Only one award will be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA797M-13-Q-0271 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about September 12, 2013. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor Fedbizopps for changes or amendments.
