- Chapel Music Services, Performance Work Statement Chapel Music Services, CLIN Spreadsheet Services Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) with attachments to include a Performance Work Statement and a requirements list of all associated CLINS. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. FAR clause descriptions are available via the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The set-aside for this solicitation is 100% small business. NAICS code: 711310. This solicitation is to provide one year of Chapel Music Services for Ellsworth AFB Chapels. Services include Gospel, Contemporary and Catholic Worship. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation that is most advantageous to the Government. FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items is included as follows. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price (b) Options. No options are offered with this solicitation. (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
