Description

UPGRADE PERIMETER FENCE The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision to upgrade the perimeter fence line at multiple locations on base (see SOW in solicitation). The site visit for this project will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 8:00AM. All site visit participants will meet in Building 25 (Civil Engineering) training room before proceeding on to the site visit location. Anyone planning on attending the site visit must fax or scan to email a copy of their driver's license. Your name and driver's license number must be legibly written on the copy of the document with your driver's license. If we cannot read your driver's license, then you will not be cleared by Security Forces to come onto the base for this site visit. The Contracting Office fax number is 518-344-2687. The Contracting Office Email address is 109AW.MSGMSC@ANG.AF.MIL. All drivers' licenses must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the site visit. If we have not received your driver's license before the 24 hour deadline you will not be allowed on the base for the site visit. Ensure you reference the project title when submitting your driver's license.
