Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS The Department of Veterans' Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) located in San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Epsilon Construction, Corp., Carr 149 Km 7, Manati, PR; a Veterans Owned Small Business (VOSB) and 8(a) Program participant, to provide all labor, materials and equipment for the cleaning services on the parking garage. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested contractors may identify their interest and capability for this requirement no later than September 13, 2013, 1:00 pm E.T. All information received by 1:00 p.m. EST, September 13, 2013, will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement on the long-term contract. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS 561790 with a size standard of $7.0M. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may request a copy of the Performance Work Statement prior to the closing date of this notice.
