Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Project #675-13-X35, Titled "Renovate Lake Nona CLC Dementia Fence" located at Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Medical Center (NCO 8), Lake Nona CLC, Orlando Fl to renovate the fence around the perimeter of the courtyard of the dementia unit at the Lake Nona CLC. The project range is less than $25,000. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is NAICS 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and the Small Business Size Standard is $14.0 Million. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Only. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Alliance Design & Construction of Orlando, Florida, an SDVOSB concern. This SDVOSB Company is listed in the VetBiz registry and is CVE Verified.
