- NSN 4910-01-117-7943 Item Description DESCRIPTION: NSN 4910-01-117-7943 - "Maintenance Kit, vehicular" is being bought in accordance with associated drawings. The required quantity is 905 each, with an option for 50%, to be shipped to (W25G1U) NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5002. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. Based on Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capabilities to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be set-aside for small business, and will be available at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 09/24/2013. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The required delivery for 905 each is 240 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Notice: This solicitation contains DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
